According to LA Times on Nov 30 2010, home prices weakened in September. The prices weakened by 0.7% since August, however, it increased 0.5% since September of last year.

Even though the price is weakened compares to August 2010, it is still higher than the price in 2009. Which means that it is still a REALLY GOOD TIME TO BUY! There are a lot of good deals out there…
